The source spreadsheets defined the questions and the section weights, but never the rubric that turns an answer into a mark, and the two drafts disagreed on whether Technical or Projects is worth 20. The point values below are a proposed default, not an approved standard. Separately, nothing in the source documents says what this assessment is for — who sits it, or what happens to the score. Both questions are open. See RUBRIC.md §0 and §6.
